Ever-Power MachineryDrum gear couplings comply with the following processing requirements :
1. When the inclination angle between the shafts is large, there will be no edge contact phenomenon. The general tooth width coefficient is 8-14.The width of the small tooth should be determined by the allowable root stress, and the width required for the displacement of the force point along the tooth width caused by the inclination angle between the shafts should also be considered.
2,Drum gear couplingIt mainly relies on the axial sliding of the inner and outer teeth to compensate for the comprehensive displacement of the two shafts. Therefore, an oil hole communicating with the oil collecting groove should be drilled at the bottom of the outer gear tooth groove, and the centrifugal force generated by the high-speed operation of the drum gear coupling is used to remove the Spray into the meshing part of the internal and external teeth to make it fully lubricated and increase the service life of the drum gear coupling.
3. The tooth width coefficient affects the tooth root bending strength and tooth surface contact strength of the tooth. The larger the tooth width coefficient, the greater the strength of these two items. When the tooth width coefficient is less than the value range, the increase in the value will affect the degree of coincidence. The increase has a greater impact, and when the value is greater than this value, the increase in the value will have less impact on the increase in coincidence. For the drum-shaped gear coupling of the arc drum curve, the tooth width still determines the drum radius and backlash. The larger the tooth width, the larger the drum radius and the larger the required backlash.
