      Most of the commonly used couplings have been standardized or standardized. Under normal circumstances, it is only necessary to correctly select the type of coupling and determine the type and size of the coupling.When the speed is high, the load capacity of the vulnerable links can be checked and calculated. When the speed is high, the centrifugal stress of the outer edge and the deformation of the elastic element should be checked, and the balance inspection should be carried out.Select the structure of the coupling according to the needs of the supporting host.     Adjust the model according to the shaft diameter:

    Choose connection form:

      The choice of coupling connection type depends on the connection type of the main and driven ends and the shaft. Generally, the key connection is usually used, which is a one-key connection type and code. There are seven keyway types specified in GB/T 3852, four For keyless connections, the A-type key (flat key with single keyway) is more commonly used.

    When choosing a coupling, you should also consider:

      (1) The size and nature of the torque to be transmitted, the requirements for buffering and damping functions, and whether resonance occurs.

      (2) The degree of relative displacement of the two shaft axes caused by manufacturing and assembly errors, shaft load and thermal expansion deformation, and relative movement between components.

      (3) The allowable dimensions and installation methods are the operating space for ease of assembly, adjustment and maintenance.For large couplings, assembly and disassembly should be possible without the need for axial movement of the shaft.

    Torque calculation of coupling:

      According to the calculated torque Tc, an approximate nominal torque Tn can be selected from the standard series, and the selection should satisfy Tn ≥ Tc.The coupling model (specification) is preliminarily selected, and the allowable speed of the coupling [n] and the large radial dimension D and the axial dimension Lo can be found from the standard, which should satisfy the coupling speed n ≤ [n] .
