Because the thickness of the elastic sleeve is thin, the volume is small, and the elastic deformation is limited, the elastic sleeve pin coupling can compensate the axis displacement and elasticity, but the allowable compensation amount for the axis displacement is less.     According to the requirements of mechanical characteristics, such as transmission torque, stiffness requirements, shock, impact, erosion, transmission accuracy, etc., determine the appropriate coupling type.

    The large torque transmitted by the coupling should be less than the allowable torque value.The determination of large torque should consider the acceleration and deceleration torque and overload torque required for machine braking.However, when the data is insufficient or the analysis is difficult during design, and the large torque is difficult to determine, it can be selected according to the calculated torque.That is, the allowable torque value is not exceeded.
